Amber Rae Knight Sanders

Amber Rae Knight Sanders, age 21, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at the Casey County Hospital due to injuries received in an automobile accident. 

Born February 3, 1995, in Boyle Co., KY, she is the daughter of Brenda Price Knight and the late Ernest Ray Knight. Amber was a CNA at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown. She formerly worked for Amazon and for McDonalds. She loved to go fishing and hanging out with family and friends. Amber was a member of the Mt. Calvary Community Church. 

Survivors include her husband, whom she wed on October 6, 2013, Tyler Sanders of Dunnville; mother, Brenda Knight of Dunnville; daughter, Tracy Rae Sanders of Dunnville; brothers, Randy (Chrisanta) Knight of Virginia and Bobby (Holly) Price of Dunnville; maternal grandparents, Arvil Ray Price and Edith Marie Price of Dunnville; and father-in-law, Donald Ray Sanders of Liberty.
She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Elvie Junior Knight; sister, Susan Knight; and mother-in-law, Tracy Sanders. 

Funeral services will be at 11:00AM Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the Mt. Calvary Community Church in Dunnville with Bro. Clifford DeHart officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 6PM on Tuesday at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to help Amber’s family offset funeral expenses.
