According to Officials each barrel contained approximately 53 gallons of the aging bourbon and could weigh as much as 550 pour each. It is unknown how old the building was.
The building was a wood structure with a concrete floor and the outside of the building was covered in aluminum siding all which is typical of a bourbon rackhouse.
No injuries were reported from he collapse. EPA is on scene and trying to determine if any of the spilled bourbon has made contact with any water streams nearby.
