The Corolla came back into the right lane and rear ended a 2006 Dodge van being operated by Lori Vroman 58, of Oil City, Pennsylvania.
After impact the Corolla began smoking from under the hood and the female exited the vehicle before it caught on fire. She was taken to Westlake by Adair EMS for possible face and head injuries due to airbag deployment.
Adair Fire Department also responded to the scene and extinguished car fire. There were a total of 10 firemen on scene.
The westbound lane of the parkway was halted until the scene was cleared. Deputy Adam Cravens investigated the accident.
