Jeramie C. Graham, 24, of Russell Springs, was granted the diversion in April after he pled guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). It was voided three months later on charges that Graham absconded the supervision and used meth, according to reports.
Graham’s conviction stemmed from an August 2017 joint operation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Cumberland Drug Task Force, and Kentucky Office of Probation and Parole where Graham was arrested on outstanding warrants as well as the meth possession charge.
The case will be re-evaluated after 30 days at which time Graham could receive shock probation if he is eligible for the drug court program.
Graham remains lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
