The bill would create one marriage license for both gay and straight couples in Ky., with "bride", "groom" and "spouse" being the available options to choose from. The legislation is a spin off of a Senate version that would have required a seperate license for gay couples. The House version is trying to end controversy over gay marriage licenses and even has Governor Bevin's OK.
