Reinhardt (Ga.) moved to 2-0 in divisional play with a 28-10 win over Point. The Eagles limited the Skyhawks to 88 passing yards on 23 attempts and intercepted two passes.
Bluefield raced past Allen (S.C.), 45-0 in nonconference action. Michael Everett anchored the Rams defense and recorded 19 total tackles to preserve the shutout.
Ave Maria picked up its second-straight win over a ranked opponent and upset No. 24 Southeastern, 23-20. John Preyer picked off two passes and returned one for a touchdown to be named MSC Sun Defensive Player of the Week.
Bethel raced past Campbellsville, 49-13 and to round out week seven, Cumberlands upended Union, 67-7. Milton Shelton rushed for 170 yards and four touchdowns to lead a Patriots offense that rushed for 495 yards in the win.
