Upon entry into the residents Noah Dial, age 19, was located in the basement of the residents. During arrest deputies located suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, suboxon pills, scales, syringes and additional drug paraphernalia. Deputies also recovered multiple firearms including a sawed off shotgun in the search. Dial is a convicted felon and not allowed to own or possess a firearm.
Dial was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Deputy Chris Tweedy on charges of
1- trafficking in a controlled substance 1 at degree methamphetamine
2 - possession of a controlled substance 1st degree
3-possession of marijuana
4 - possession of a firearm by convicted felon
5 - possession of drug paraphernalia
6 - probation violation warrant for failure to appear.
The sheriffs office is continuing the investigation and was assisted by Trooper Levi Scott.
