23 year old Cole Broady of Glasgow was indicted on five counts: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, CARRYING A CONCEALED DEADLY WEAPON, POBLIC INTOXICATION and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. GPD Sgt. Kirkpatrick testified in the case.
Barren County Deputy Bull testified in the case against 35 year old Markita Hunt of Glasgow. Hunt was indicted on three counts: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE nnd POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
32 year old Brandy Sanchez of Edmonton was indicted on four counts: FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE 1ST DEGREE, two counts of DISREGARDING A STOP SIGN and SPEEDING 26MPH OR MORE OVER THE LIMIT.
28 year old Matthew Stout was of Glasgow was indicted on five counts: two counts of ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE, DUI, POSSESSION OF AN OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER. Barren County Deputy Bull testified in the case.
37 year old Jeremy Depp of Glasgow was indicted on four counts: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, TRAFFICKING IN SYNTHETIC DRUGS, PRESCRIPTION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT IN PROPER CONTAINER and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
All individuals were allowed to remain on a current bond.
Based on testimony from GPD Officer Dubarry, 36 year old Jennifer Byrd of Cave City was indicted on three counts: FORGERY 2ND DEGREE, THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING UNDER $500 and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER 2ND DEGREE. Bail amount was set at $5000.
