Preliminary investigation shows that a 2019 Nissan Rogue operated by 47 year old William Graham of Glasgow was traveling east on the parkway when he lost control and entered the median. The vehicle then began overturning several times during which time a 13 year old juvenile was ejected. The operator William Graham along with passengers Mary Alice Noto age 35 and a 11 year old Bella Noto were all entrapped in vehicle and was extricated by mechanical means by the Columbia - Adair County Fire Department.
Air methods landed on the scene air lifting 13 year old Julies Noto that was ejected to University of KY. Air Methods and PHI landed two additional helicopters at TJ Health of Columbia where Mary Noto and Bella Noto was air lifted to University of KY and University of Louisville.
Williams was treated and released.
All patients was treated by multiple Ems crews that responded to scene and stabilized before flight.
Sheriffs Deputy Tracy McCarol is leading the investigation and was assisted by Chief Deputy Hitch.
