The victim in a burned out trailer in Pulaski County has been identified as a 72-year old man.
The body of Ronald Mundy was found inside the camper trailer off U.S. 27. The death is being investigated as a homicide. According to Mayor Jeff Hancock, it appears that perpetrators attempted to conceal the crime by intentionally setting fire to the camper trailer.
Investigators believe Mundy was killed sometime over the weekend. Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is also asking for help from the public to locate Mundy’s vehicle, which was not located at the scene. They are looking for a gray 2010 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab four-door pickup with a Kentucky license plate of 347-WJW.
