Those indicted by the grand jury are as follows:
• Gregory Lee Bennett, II, 22, was charged with burglary, 1st degree, a Class B felony, assault, 2nd degree, a Class C felony, and sexual abuse, 1st degree, a Class D felony.
• Derek Passmore, 30, Jonathan Leake, 32, Brian Stephens, 22, and Lakeisha Chrzan, 20, were each charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, a Class C felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
• Sara Madrid, 27, was charged with DUI, 1st offense, wanton endangerment, 1st degree, a Class D felony, failure to use child restraint device in a vehicle, and with being a persistent felony offender, 2nd degree.
• Daniel Brown, 33, was charged with Theft by Deception over $500, a Class D felony.
• David R. Smith, 20, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500, a Class D felony, Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree, a Class D felony.
• Anthony Dowell, 23, Elisha Polston, 32, and Tonya Harden, 32, were each charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, a Class D felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor
• Amber Wethington, 29, was charged with Theft by Identity, a Class D felony
• Jose A. Manuel, 30, and Lucia C Cervantes, 30, were both charged with two counts of Theft of Identity, a Class D felony, and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 1st Degree, a Class C felony.
• Jesse R. Burchett, 29, was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, a Class D felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class D felony, Promoting Contraband, 1st Degree, a Class D felony, Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, Resisting Arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, Giving an Officer a False Name, a Class A misdemeanor, Escape, 3rd Degree, a Class B misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, and with being a Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.
• Coleman Miller, 25, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, a Class D felony, Possession of Marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, Resisting Arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.
• Anthony D. Bridgewater, 61, was charged with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, a Class C felony, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, a Class D felony, and with being a persistent felony offender, 1st degree.
• Kevin Lawless, 40, was charged with DUI, 2nd Offense, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, a Class A misdemeanor, Five counts of Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree, a Class D felony, criminal mischief, 1st degree, a class D felony, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, a class D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.
• Joseph M. Creekmore, 23, was charged with burglary, 3rd degree, a Class D felony.
