Mr. Keltner was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served twenty-one years in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Rod Lowe Post 124 American Legion, Greensburg, KY and was an avid golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arvie & Lucy Keltner; a grandson, Cameron L. Knott; one brother, Robert Keltner; sisters-in-law, Kathy Keltner, Rosie Keltner; and a nephew, Donald Loyd Keltner, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Johnnie and Elsie Matney and brother-in-law: Benny Matney.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Norma L. Keltner; two daughters, Glenda (Bobby) Harlow, Regina (James) Vincent; two granddaughters, Nicki (Steve) White, Kayla (Dillion) Knott; three brothers, Joseph Keltner and his wife, Vonnie, Ronald Keltner, David Keltner; two brothers-in-law: Arnold (Shirley) Matney of Greensburg and Alvin (Kaye) Matney of Sulphur Well, nieces and nephews: Ricky Keltner. Bobby Keltner, Lainie (Shelia) Keltner, Jessica Beard, Alisha Risen, Mindy Lightfoot, Marty (Missy) Matney, Angie Judd, Josh (Sara) Matney, Monica Shirley, Alvin Dean (Heather) Matney,; plus a host of extended family members & friends.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Keltner will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2022, at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Cremation was his wishes
