Ramona Grant Collins, 86, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at 1:20 A.M. at her residence.
She was born February 26, 1930, in Adair County, Kentucky, to the late Robert Aaron and Shirley Williams Grant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. “Bob” Collins in February 1997.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Hopkinsville, where had served as both a Deacon and Board Member. She had been a long-time member of the Town & Country Homemakers Club.
Survivors include:
Two sons – David A. (Trish) Collins of Hopkinsville, Steven G. Collins of Beverly Hills, Michigan
One brother – Bill (Sue) Grant of Columbia
Two sisters – Elizabeth Faust of Louisville, Joyce Flynn of Costa Mesa, California
Two grandchildren – Brian D. (Heather) Collins, Laura E. Collins
Funeral service – Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Brown officiating
