Paul J. Montgomery passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at his home in Casey County, KY. He was 72.
Born January 6, 1943 in Bowling Green, KY, he was the son of the late Herschel and Mattie Jane Anderson Montgomery. He was a retired factory worker. Paul enjoyed working in his yard and caring for his flowers.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Lena Singleton Montgomery, whom he married October 18, 1969; a son, Dougie Montgomery of Lincoln County; a daughter, Melissa Gonterman of Scipio, Indiana; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Howard Montgomery of Greenwood, Indiana; and a sister, Martha Hill of Shelbyville, Indiana.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a great-grandson.
Cremation Rites was honored by McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. No services are scheduled at this time.
