Born on March 13, 1947, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Otha Terry and Inas Thompson Clements. Linda was a waitress and a hairdresser. She loved shopping and flowers. Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wethington was also a collector.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert “Robin” Wethington; a son, Bobby Ray (and Loretta) Perin of Forsyth, Missouri; one sister, Janet (and Larry) Studer of Cincinnati, Ohio; three brothers, Albert Terry of Ohio, Roger Terry of Sparta, Tennessee and Junior Terry of Bethel, Ohio; six grandchildren, Jessica Martin, Amber Perin, Christopher Perin, Cody Perin, Shayna Gideon, and Lexi Perin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Garnett Clements.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Father Edmund Ani officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all of which will be held at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Chris Perin, Cody Perin, Troy Salyers, Trevor Rose, Kevin Wethington, Eric Morales, David Wethington, and Ricky Terry.
