Jerry Pennington passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at his home in Casey County, KY. He was 68.
Born February 10, 1948 in Casey County, KY, he is the son of Dora Cain Asbury of Liberty, KY and the late Velber Meredith Pennington. He was a Navy veteran and retired from the Ford Motor Company with 30 years of service.
Other survivors include his daughter, Dawn Pennington of Liberty; and two brothers, Larry Dale (and Brenda) Cain of Liberty and Tim Pennington of Mason, Ohio.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Charles.
Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Troy Sanders, Daniel Rowland, Robbie Allen, Jimmy Couch, Phillip Roy, and Josh Roy.
