Mrs. Jacqueline Darlene "Jackie" Hayden Reynolds, age 53 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Saturday, May 7. 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 30, 1962 in Marion County, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Thomas and Aline Pendygraft Hayden; brothers, George and Jerry Hayden; sisters, Linda Turner and Debbie Downs.
Survivors include husband, Jim Reynolds, of Lebanon, KY; daughter, Jennifer Reynolds, of Lebanon, KY; grandchildren, Tyler, Austin and Hayden Reynolds, all of Lebanon, KY; sister, Pam Garrett, of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are a host of family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Deacon Joe Dant. Interment to follow in St. Joe Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
