Born on July 18, 1957, in Danville, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Floyd and Mayme Wilcher Randolph. Tinker was a gate hauler. He enjoyed shooting pool and fishing.
He is survived by a brother, Gary Randolph of Liberty; a sister, Juanita Parsons of French Lick, Indiana; and a special niece, Amanda (and Willie) Shepperd.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by eight brothers, Ancil Randolph, Dean Randolph, Jimmy Randolph, Edward Randolph, Billy Randolph, Gerald Randolph, Bobby Randolph, and Phillip Randolph; and two sisters, Helen Titze and Faye Ellis.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings ARE required.
