Emma Jean Grider, passed was Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, TN. She was 65.
Born November 25, 1950 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late George and Oma Crew Wilson. Emma was a KY Colonel and she loved auctions. Emma worked in the florist industry for over 30 years in Casey County. She adored her grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Garry Grider of Liberty; two daughter, Candrea (and Rob) Wilson of Stanford and Loretta Lynn of Hustonville; five grandchildren; Ashley Hogue, Ethan Whited, Emily Lou Grider, and Justin and Cody Lynn; and a sister, Clara Justice of Stanford.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Grider, Jr., who passed away February 5, 2014; and a son, Timothy George Grider.
Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 15, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Contown Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday from 5:00-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home
