She was born February 2, 1944, in Adair County, to the late Marvin and Lizzie Crawhorn Bell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Jean Froedge, a grandson, Jeremy Gross, five brothers, James, Carl, Eugene, Billy and Steve Bell and two sisters, Louise Cowan and Catherine Froedge.

Her husband – Carl Froedge of Columbia
Four daughters – Lisa (Eddie) Gross of Tompkinsville, Teresa Rhinehart of Edmonton, Libby (Ricky) Fields and Melissa (Johnny) Richards all of Columbia
One sister – Pauline Parson of Columbia
Seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends, including special friends, Jerry and Beverly Pennington
