Doris Jean Faulkner, age 79, of Lebanon died Friday, May 27, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville, Ky.
She was born on Sept. 19, 1936 in Lebanon, Ky. She was a retired employee of the Marion County Health Department
She is preceded in death by: Parents-- Jessie J. and Myrtle Burress Turner. Brother-- James N. Turner.
Surviving are Two Sons-- Lonnie E. (Brenda Bunch) Faulkner –Lebanon,; Ky. Lloyd T. Faulkner – Lebanon, Ky.
Sister-in-Law -- Rita S. Turner. Nephew -- James M. (Erika) Turner. Great Grandson—Criston. Special Cousin –Geneva Denton Family Friend and Care Giver – Kim Burress
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at At the Lebanon First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Tommy Calhoun, With interment in the Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Campbellsville, Ky.
Visitations will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 P.M. Monday, May 30, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, Ky.
