Cecil was a retired Teacher and Bus Driver for the Casey County School System, a member, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church.
Survivors include: His Spouse: Norma Jean Clark Hatter, One Son: Michael L. and (Sherri) Hatter of Liberty, One Daughter: Jeanie and (Darrell) Atwood of Liberty, Four Grandchildren: Jason and (Levana) Hatter, Ashley and (Jordan) Sparr, Brittany and (Quintin) Ogle and Darren and (Courtney) Atwood, Eight Great Grandchildren: Logan Hatter and (Krista Lee), Taylor Hatter, Colton Hatter, Connor and Jenna Sparr, Anslee Weddle, Case and Tyson Atwood, One Great Great Grandchild: Paisley Hatter and One Sister: Imodean Roy of Mainesville, OH.
Preceding him in death besides his parents was Four Sisters: Lizzie and Geneva Hatter, Maxine Stafford and Alma Vida Weddle.
A Walk Thru Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Friday April 9th, 2021 and after 10:00 A.M. on Saturday April 10th, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday April 10th, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Clifton Cowan and Bro. Rodney Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery.
