Billy Jack Conner, 83, of Jamestown, KY, passed away on Thur. June 16th at the Russell County Hospital.
Billy Jack was born in Jamestown, KY, on May 24, 1933 a son of the late Jewell (Conner) and Milan Conner.
He served in the U.S. Army
A member of the Russell Masonic Lodge #284
A member of Freedom Christian Church.
He owned a business in Jamestown for many years in Jamestown after retiring and moving here from Indiana.
Billy Jack is survived by
wife Lola (Muse) Conner, of Jamestown, KY
son Billy D. Conner, of Indianapolis, IN
daughter Roberta (Bertie) Conner Broadhurst, of Indianapolis, IN
brother Buford Conner, of Indianapolis, IN
sister Patsy Garrett, of Franklin, IN.
three grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Norman and Merrell Conner and two infant siblings.
Funeral Services for Billy Jack Conner will be Mon. June 20th, 11:00am at Freedom Christian Church Life Center in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Wendell Roberts officiating.
Friends may visit on Sun. at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY and after 9:00am on Mon. at the Life Center.
Masonic Service will be Sun, June 19th at 7:00pm H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel by Russell Lodge #284.
Burial will be in the Grider Hill Cemetery in Albany, KY
Family request memorial donations to the Freedom Christian Church and can be made at funeral home.
