Bernadine Pryor, age 59, of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
She was born on January 20, 1957 in Ohio to the Late Bernard Early and Nancy Jane Pryor Early.
She is survived by a daughter, Timber Lucas (and Heather Andrus) of Mt. Vernon, KY; and an ex-husband, Gary Crabtree.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a husband, William Douglas.
A private Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
