Ann Thomas Burchett, 45, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Sat. July 23rd, at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Ann was born Oct. 5, 1970 in Indianapolis, IN a daughter of Edith (Sneed) and Bill Thomas of Russell Springs, KY.

several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services for Ann Thomas Burchett will be Tue.July 26th 11:00am at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Pastor Bill Davenport officiating.
Friends may visit on Mon. July 25th after 5:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery.
