- Request for zone change from R2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C2 Highway Oriented Commercial for a lot located at 1106 Gaston Avenue (PVA Map No. 000-06 05-007.00). The purpose is to provide additional parking to the adjoining restaurant. Property owned by the Cook Out-Columbia Inc.
The hearing is open to the public.
