On 11-30-19 Deputy Joey Keith initiated a traffic stop of a 2006 Pontiac for unsafe driving infractions.
After roadside investigation it was found that Gordon Feese 62 of Columbia was believed to be under the influence of an intoxicating substance. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
At 12:32 a.m. he was placed under arrest and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
